Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer and distribution base.
• Achieve sales targets, improve revenue performance, and support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
• Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.
• Track market trends, negotiate with customers, and support effective sales execution.
• Coordinate client meetings and travel as required for market development activities.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chennai, with an annual salary range of ₹3,60,000 to ₹4,80,000, equivalent to ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in beverages, FMCG, or a related consumer business.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of sales, distribution, and market development.
• Ability to work toward targets and build productive business relationships.
