The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Support business development activities by researching potential clients, generating leads, conducting client outreach, and maintaining client databases (CRM).
  • Developer & Landlord Networking: Coordinate with developers and landlords to stay updated on commercial office space availability. Assist with preparing option sheets, property listings, and database management.
  • Client Support and Communication: Assist with client deliverables, site visits, presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and basic financial analysis. Research rental trends, vacancy levels, and upcoming commercial property supply. Provide administrative and analytical support during leasing transactions.
  • Documentation Support: Review real estate documents, including Leave and License Agreements and leases. Assist in drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and other transaction documents to support smooth deal closure.
  • Operational Assistance: Schedule meetings with landlords and clients, maintain internal databases, trackers, and CRM systems, and coordinate with internal real estate service departments to ensure smooth transaction execution and timely client deliverables.
