The work
•
Responsible for Bus Operator service acquisition on to Dynamic Pricing through collaboration with the Regional Team
•
Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the Bus operator post-activation
•
Maintain regular communication with both the external and internal teams, constantly handling customer expectations
•
Ongoing selling of the nuances of the solution and the benefit delivered to the bus operator.
•
Ensure BO expectation setting
•
Proactively intervene & guide on pricing related queries & best strategies
•
Handle Bus Operator Objections
•
Present various reports - performance and internal tracking to bus operators and internal teams
•
Train and evangelise Dynamic pricing BO’s on various product Dashboards
•
Liaison with product team for solution deployment as well as help incorporate feedback from bus operators.

Experience: 1 to 4 Years of experience
•
Strong conflict resolution, objection handling and negotiation skills
•
Analytical mindset with a data-centric approach
•
Strong detail, strong communication, Excel, and presentation skills

•
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable.
