The skill ledger

Anyone can say it.
You can settle it.

Clear a challenge and insiderOne seals the result: the skill, the tier, the score and the moment, signed with a key only we hold. That sealed record is a receipt.

Verifying one answers exactly one question. Is this the result we sealed, with not a character changed since? A green answer means nobody has edited the score, the date or the skill, not the candidate and not us. A broken one means something was altered, and the receipt is worthless.

That is what makes it worth more than a claim on a CV. An employer can check it themselves, in a few seconds, without having to trust the candidate or take our word for anything. Try it below.

01

Sealed at the moment of truth

The instant you clear a challenge, the result is cryptographically signed. Tier, score, timestamp, locked.

02

Portable by default

Your record is yours. It moves with you across companies, cities and borders, and it never expires when a job does.

03

Tamper evident, permanently

Alter a single character and the signature breaks. There is no quiet edit, no retroactive polish, no version anyone can fake.

From unproven to
undeniable, in three moves.

Most platforms help you describe yourself better. This one changes what your description is worth.

Prove

Ten minutes that outrank ten years of adjectives.

Sit a live Skill Challenge that adapts to every answer you give. It climbs when you are strong and backs off when you are not, so the tier you finish on is the tier you actually hold.

How verification works

Compound

Evidence stacks. Adjectives do not.

Passes, artifacts and independent vouches accumulate into one standing that gets harder to dispute the longer you use it. Your record grows while you sleep.

How your record sharpens

Convert

Turn standing into offers.

Share one Insider Resume link and the whole thing travels: verified skills, confidence levels, receipts. Apply to a role and your application arrives with the proof attached.

The link that ends resumes

ZENOR-Æ

Zero-Latency Evolving Neural Optimization and Responsive Assistance Engine.

The reasoning core the operating system runs on. It reads your whole record, ranks what to do next against the evidence you actually hold, and says why. On the page you are on, about the decision in front of you.

Labels its own data

Every suggestion is logged, then graded against what you did next. No annotation team, no opinions.

Deploys its own models

Trains nightly, promotes on holdout AUC, and is blocked outright by an automated bias gate.

Grounded in your record

Two separate memories: what insiderOne knows, and what you have told it. Retrieval reads both.

What it gets you

Employers see what you proved,
not what you typed.

Employers on insiderOne run on your ledger. They never read a résumé you wrote; they see their own requirements classified against what you have proved, with the working shown. The figures in this section are computed when the page renders.

555 roles open today

Apply, and the proof travels with the application.

Every role on the board links to the company behind it: where they actually hire, what their interviews look like. Apply through insiderOne and the employer sees which of their requirements you verified before they spend an hour with you. Verify one more after applying and their view updates, and says so.

Roles open in 21 countries across 6 continents.

Remote roles on the board are open to applicants in 195 countries, as stated by the employer on each posting.

Every role comes from a company's own careers page or job feed. Each one links straight to that company, and a posting that stops responding at its source comes down.

3 of 7 requirements verified

Example: a growth marketing role. Their requirements, in their words and order.

  • Content strategyVerified
  • SEOVerified
  • Paid socialClaimed, not verified
  • Email marketingNot mentioned
  • AnalyticsVerified
  • CopywritingNot mentioned
  • BrandClaimed, not verified

A claim is never hidden. It still shows, labelled claimed, and it never counts as proof. The list of applicants sorts on the verified count.

Numbers with ceilings

Why your number is what it is.

Ten different people vouching for you scores 60 and cannot pass 60. One live challenge, passed convincingly, scores 100. A modest pass plus one vouch scores 93, more than either alone. The employer sees this breakdown for every verified skill.

  • Each kind of evidence has a ceiling
  • Three vouches from one company score 49; from three companies, 56
  • Different kinds agreeing is worth more than one kind repeating

A no comes with a reason

And nothing happens behind your back.

A rejection names the skills, verified, claimed or missing, and links each to a way to verify it. No background check runs until you say yes on a page you control. Every outreach email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

  • Skills named, never you
  • Consent before any check; silence means no check
  • One click stops employer outreach for good

Whoever you are
right now.

Everyone arrives with a different problem. Everyone leaves with the same asset: a record of what you can genuinely do, that holds up wherever you take it.

Students and freshers

Skip the experience paradox entirely.

You cannot get the job without experience and cannot get experience without the job. Verified skills break that loop, because proof of ability does not require anyone's permission to exist.

Career switchers

Get judged on capability, not chronology.

Your CV keeps arguing for the career you are leaving. Prove the skills of the one you want and the conversation changes from what you have done to what you can do.

Working professionals

Make your best work portable.

Most of what you are proud of sits behind an NDA or inside a deck nobody will open. Demonstrate the skill directly and carry the credential out with you, without carrying the confidential work.

Global movers

Credibility without local context.

A hiring manager abroad cannot place your college or your last employer. A signed, independently checkable record needs no translation and no benefit of the doubt.

Colleges and placement cells

A placement cell can schedule the interview. It cannot make a student the candidate who passes it. Give every student a verified record before the drive, and hand recruiters a shortlist sorted on proof rather than on the college's name.

Employers

See which of your requirements each applicant actually proved before you spend an hour with them. Priced by company size, unlimited users, and the whole product on trial before a card is asked for.

Questions, answered.

What makes this a Career OS, and not another job site?

Every other platform is a filing cabinet for things nobody checked. Here a skill only counts once you have demonstrated it live and the result has been signed. The parts have existed separately before. Running them as one system, where the proof feeds your score, your blueprint, your résumé and the employer's view of you, is what had not been done.

I already have a strong CV. Why would I need this?

Because a strong CV and a weak CV look identical to the person reading them, and both are now written by the same models. Once anyone can generate a perfect document, the document stops carrying information. Proof is the only thing left that still separates you, and the people who build that record early are the ones holding it when everyone else needs one.

Can I fake my way through a challenge?

It is engineered to make that expensive rather than impossible, which is the honest way to say it. Questions are generated fresh rather than drawn from a bank, so there is nothing to memorise. Open questions are built from your own history, so a generic pasted answer reads as generic. Pasted text, tab switching and suspiciously fast responses cap that question below the threshold a top tier requires. And you cannot rescue it with friendly endorsements, because that kind of evidence is structurally capped no matter how much of it you collect.

How long does this actually take?

A couple of minutes to tell us your situation, then about ten for your first proven skill. Career DNA gives a first read in about two minutes and sharpens as your evidence grows. After that it is deliberately incremental: one artifact, one challenge, one vouch at a time, whenever you have a spare quarter of an hour. The record is designed to compound over years, not to be finished in an afternoon.

What happens to my record if I stop using insiderOne?

It stays yours and it stays verifiable. A signed receipt is a fact about a moment, not a subscription feature, and anyone can check it on the public verifier without an account. That is the difference between a ledger and a profile on somebody else's platform.

What is the iOPC score, exactly?

A calibrated zero to one hundred measure of how well-evidenced you are, across five named bands, with the weights published and the specific repair actions listed rather than hinted at. It exists to give you direction and to make your standing legible. It is not a professional credential or certification, and we make no claim that any employer is obliged to recognise it.

Who can see my record?

You decide, section by section. Nothing is public until you publish it, your public page can be switched off at any time, and the private fields stay private even on a shared link. Employers who reach out see a trust snapshot rather than your whole life.

What is ZENOR-Æ?

The Zero-Latency Evolving Neural Optimization and Responsive Assistance Engine, and every word in that name is doing work. It reads your whole record in context, ranks what to do next against the evidence you actually hold rather than listing options, and answers on the page you are on. Underneath, it labels its own training data from what people really did next, trains and promotes its own models behind an automated bias gate that can block a release, and never deploys one a human clicked through. Its guidance is informational, not professional career, legal or financial advice.

Where do the jobs come from, and are they real?

Every role is pulled from a company's own careers page or job feed, not scraped from an aggregator and not posted by us to fill the board. Each one links straight back to the company behind it, so you can check the source in one click, and a posting that stops responding where it came from comes down. That is also why the board is smaller than sites that pad their counts: what is there is open.

Does this work outside India?

Yes. A signed receipt reads identically in Guwahati, Dubai and Toronto, plans are priced in INR, USD, GBP, EUR and AED, and Global Mobility adds country-by-country fit scoring and visa pathways for people specifically targeting roles abroad.

Stop asking people to
take your word for it.

One skill. Ten minutes. A record that holds up whether or not anyone has heard of your college, your employer, or you.
