Market conventions as advice with a reason
Per market: page size, what the document is called, and whether a photo, date of birth or personal status is never, optional or expected. Every rule comes with its reason and nothing is applied silently.

Which markets does it know?
The conventions engine carries rules for the major hiring markets, including whether a photo and date of birth are expected, page size and document naming, each with the reason attached so you can override it knowingly.
What is the parse report?
After the PDF is produced, its text is re-extracted the way an applicant tracking system would extract it, and the findings are translated out of jargon. If a section would be misread, you find out before you apply.
