The work

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the immigration sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage consultations with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable immigration pathways and services.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, improve conversion rates, and maintain accurate records in the required systems.
  • Review team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and share actionable feedback to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Coordinate with counselors, processing teams, and branch stakeholders to ensure smooth client handovers and timely communication.
  • Prepare performance updates and escalate operational or client-related concerns appropriately.
