Paytm is hiring for the role of Area Sales Manager!
The work
•
Drive sales and deployment of EDC/swiping payment machines to medium merchants across designated territories in Ahmedabad.
•
Focus on merchant acquisition and relationship servicing across petrol/gas stations, oil marketing companies (OMCs), dairy, and retail businesses.
•
Manage end-to-end sales and operations for offline payment solutions within the assigned market.
•
Build, mentor, and supervise an on-ground sales team, setting actionable performance targets and operational timelines.
•
Monitor sales team performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, assess training requirements, and provide coaching.
•
Address and resolve merchant queries, streamline onboarding, and drive engagement across the merchant portfolio.
•
Foster and sustain strategic working relationships with partner PSU entities and retail merchant networks.
