The work

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding support.
• Handle IT and technical hiring requirements while maintaining accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job descriptions, skill expectations, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, recruitment consulting, and status updates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Prepare MIS reports, share hiring updates, and coordinate smoothly with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Support HR Operations activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, exit formalities, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Work proactively toward recruitment targets and ensure quality candidate delivery.

Who they want

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, recruitment consulting, staffing, or a related hiring environment.
• Strong client coordination, client handling, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and deliver against timelines.
• Exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management is preferred.
• A target-oriented, organized, and proactive approach is essential.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
