The work
•
Execute short-term plans to enhance the effectiveness of hiring programs.
•
Get involved in the partnership between the organization and talent acquisition partners.
•
Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, and skill development programs.
•
Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root-cause analysis, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements aligned with company goals towards hiring top talent.
•
Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for an assigned healthcare vertical.

Graduate in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields preferred).
•
0–2 years of relevant experience.
•
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
•
Good understanding of candidate selection methods and assessment techniques.

•
