The work

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable blue-collar candidates for open job opportunities.
• Visit training institutes, associations, NGOs, and other community networks to build candidate pipelines.
• Explain available roles, requirements, work conditions, and selection processes clearly to applicants.
• Coordinate screening, documentation, interview scheduling, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and share regular recruitment updates with the internal team.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office field recruitment role with regular external visits. The monthly salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, depending on suitability and experience.

• Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment or field experience may apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai and work in the field regularly.
• A self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach to hiring.
• Ability to interact respectfully with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
