NTT DATA Services is hiring for the role of Payroll Senior Associate!
The work
•
Handle India Payroll operations and manage employee payroll-related queries via ticketing tools.
•
Resolve employees' salary and income tax queries through tickets, emails, and calls within agreed SLAs.
•
Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams including Payroll, HR, and SAP Time Entry teams to resolve discrepancies.
•
Provide active coordination and operational support for the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process.
•
Maintain adherence to scheduled shifts (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST) and support weekend operations when required by business needs.
Who they want

Commerce graduate with English as a compulsory subject.
•
1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and handling India Payroll.
•
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll workflows and Indian income tax rules and statutory compliance.
•
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
