Roles and Responsibilities: Relationship Manager

About Training

Training will be provided for the initial few days to help employees understand the end-to-end process.

• Act as a relationship manager for NoBroker's paid customers.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to effectively upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
• Help customers find the right tenant or house as per their requirements.
• Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers and leads.
• Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to customers.
• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their requirements.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
