Business Communication Associate
Write and speak at work so that people act on what you said.
Add it to your LinkedIn profile with the insiderOne logo, verifiable by anyone.
What you will be able to do
- Open a message with the ask rather than the background
- Write an update a busy person can act on in fifteen seconds
- Deliver bad news early, in a form that keeps trust
- Disagree with somebody senior without either conceding or arguing
- Run a short meeting that produces decisions rather than notes
- Write something that still makes sense when it is forwarded to a stranger
Students about to start their first internship or job, and anyone whose good work keeps getting lost in how it was communicated.

The week it slipped
Three pieces of writing: the message to Sneha, the note to the sales team, and a three slide outline for Monday's review.
About 125 minutes in total.
Two levels
Finish the units and the project and you get the Certificate of Completion. Pass the live skill challenge on Business Communication at Practitioner level or above and it becomes a Verified Certificate, which anyone you send it to can check for themselves.
Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing while insiderOne is in beta.
Can an employer check it?
Yes. Every certificate has its own page, and the code printed on it resolves there without anyone needing an account.
Do I need any experience?
No. These are written for students and people in their first job, and they assume nothing.
What do I actually walk away with?
The certificate, and the piece of work you made for the project. That goes into your insiderOne profile as a proof item, private until you choose to show it.
Know someone studying this?
It is free while insiderOne is in beta, and the certificate is checkable by anyone they send it to.
