Job Profile: Senior Product Manager – Search Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 6-9 years About the Role and team, Search is a critical P0 system, enabling millions of users to quickly discover the right products and services. As a Senior PM for Search, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for building world-class search and ranking systems that deliver speed, accuracy, and delight - while driving measurable business impact. What will you get to do here? >Own and drive the end-to-end Search roadmap across ranking models, query understanding, personalization, and relevance. >Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build scalable, reliable search experiences. >Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. >Act as the single point of accountability for Search performance, reliability, and escalations. >Define and monitor key metrics such as relevance, CTR, conversion, and latency. >Mentor and guide peers to raise the bar on building high-quality data and search products.
