Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and communicate offerings clearly.
• Understand customer needs, answer questions, share accurate information, and record relevant details.
• Follow up on leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain organized call records, update customer information, and share regular activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and support a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹20,500.

• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required for customer communication.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with handling regular customer conversations and meeting assigned targets.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• A professional, patient, and positive approach to customer interactions.
