The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Sell credit cards to new-to-bank customers through a team of field sales executives.
  • Deliver daily and monthly credit card sales targets and maintain team productivity.
  • Hire, onboard and train sales executives and deliver daily product and pitch refreshers.
  • Track applications through to card delivery and resolve customer complaints within TAT.
