nVent is hiring for the role of Platform Analyst!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Configure procurement platforms (Ivalua and similar tools): user roles, approval workflows and settings.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, release readiness and end-user training.
  • Deliver Tier 2-3 support by managing the ticket queue and resolving platform issues.
  • Monitor integrations and data loads, and support e-sourcing events and supplier onboarding.

Who they want

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of procurement, supplier management or source-to-contract platform experience.
  • Experience with Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa or a comparable S2C tool; ticketing and UAT.
  • Skills in workflow logic, security roles, integrations, ETL, SQL, Excel and basic Power BI.
