Role Overview

As an IT Sales Intern – Sales at ODIO, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and engaging potential clients across industries. This role offers practical exposure to SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, CRM management, and enterprise solution pitching.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted B2B market research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential prospects in AI and SaaS domains.
• Execute outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound/outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule meetings and product demos while supporting senior sales executives in driving opportunities forward.
• Prepare sales collaterals including presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, and collaborate with marketing to nurture leads and align campaign

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, AI, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and prospect qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is an added advantage.
