The work

Responsibilities

Identify lands, plots, and properties available for sale, and collect preliminary information such as location, area, quoted price, ownership, and availability.
Build relationships with brokers, agents, owners, and channel partners while following up on active leads.
Coordinate buyer enquiries, approved property information, meetings, property visits, and feedback tracking.
Research Bengaluru property prices, demand patterns, competing listings, and potential sourcing or sales channels.
Maintain property listings, broker databases, lead trackers, call records, and follow-up reports.
Support local travel for property visits and contribute to day-to-day real estate sales and business development activities.

Requirements

This 3-month internship offers hands-on exposure to land sourcing, property marketing, broker coordination, market research, lead generation, and sales support. Interns will have opportunities to build a professional network and may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on performance and business requirements. A completion certificate will be provided.

Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong interest in real estate, sales, lead generation, and business development.
Clear communication skills, confidence in calling, and a consistent follow-up approach.
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel locally for property visits and broker or buyer meetings.
Kannada and English communication skills are desirable; Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.
