The work

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain relevant diagnostic and healthcare services accurately.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and convert qualified prospects into customers.
  • Record conversations, lead progress, appointments, and outcomes in the prescribed system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry through service delivery.
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical communication.
  • Share customer feedback and recurring objections with the team to improve sales processes.

  • More than 6 months of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with a confident, helpful telephone manner.
  • Good listening, persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Comfort with maintaining lead records and using basic computer applications.
  • A target-oriented approach, professional conduct, and willingness to work from the Noida office.
