The work

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads, client queries, and timely follow-ups through appropriate communication channels.
  • Counsel prospective clients on visa and immigration services based on their requirements.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales while working toward assigned targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead information and provide regular updates on follow-up activity.
  • Build trusted, professional relationships with clients throughout the consultation and sales process.
