Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the hiring process from initial sourcing to final offer negotiations and closure.
• Sourcing Excellence: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal data bases to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct telephonic and virtual screenings to assess candidate competency and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and provide weekly reports on hiring progress.
• Documentation: Handle candidate onboarding documentation and offer letter issuance.
