Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer follow-up.
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial discussions, assess candidate suitability, schedule interviews, and communicate updates promptly.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and hiring status.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate relationship management skills.

• Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions.
• Ability to work full-time from the Andheri office.
