The work

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling), and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions)
  • Attend virtual HR meetings and take notes
  • Explore HR tools, templates, and reporting formats
  • Research HR trends, engagement ideas, and summarize case studies/webinars
  • Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities, and submit weekly updates to mentor
