About the role

Position: Associate - HR Recruiter | Talent Acquisition

  • Location: Rohini Sec-7, Rohini East, Delhi / Onsite
  • Experience: Fresher to 5 years (Internship experience)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays off)
  • Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

The work

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimise recruitment strategies.

  • 3 months to 5 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong passion for talent acquisition and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently and meet deadlines.
