About the Company Prime Forex Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support its people operations and recruitment activities in Chennai. This is a four-month, in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and learning how effective human resources processes contribute to business growth. Responsibilities • Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and support timely follow-ups with applicants and internal stakeholders. • Help prepare HR documents, trackers, reports, and routine employee-related communications. • Coordinate with team members on onboarding activities and other day-to-day HR operations. • Contribute to a professional and positive candidate and employee experience. Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Interest in human resources, recruitment, and people-focused operations. • Good organisation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. • Ability to manage tasks responsibly in an in-office work environment. • Freshers and candidates beginning their HR careers are welcome to apply. The internship is full-time and based in Chennai. The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,000–₹15,000 for the four-month duration.
