The work

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing and maintain organized recruitment records.
• Conduct professional candidate calls, initial screening, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate updates clearly with applicants.
• Work independently in a remote environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Contribute to day-to-day recruitment activities and gain real-time exposure to HR processes.

Requirements

This is an unpaid internship focused on hands-on learning in sourcing, calling, screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination. Candidates who are currently pursuing studies or another course, seeking paid work, unable to commit for the full duration, or planning to switch away from HR should not apply.

• Female fresh graduate with a genuine interest in HR and recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection.
• Availability for immediate joining and a full-time commitment of 7 hours daily, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, for the complete 3-month duration.
• Applicants must be willing to learn, work responsibly, and pursue practical HR exposure rather than a stipend or immediate permanent role.
