As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to people operations in a growing financial technology environment and work closely with the team in Indore.

The work

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication for open roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding activities, joining formalities, and internal people-process coordination.
• Help prepare HR reports, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day administrative updates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and contribute to a smooth candidate and employee experience.

This is an unpaid, full-time, in-office internship based in Indore. The selected intern will receive practical exposure to HR processes and the opportunity to work with the Credit Samadhaan team.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, and people operations within the fintech industry.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, documentation, and routine coordination tasks.
• A proactive, reliable approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
• Availability for a minimum two-month internship; the duration may be discussed based on availability.
