The work

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates whose profiles match role requirements.
• Contact candidates through professional phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Explain opportunities, collect relevant information, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Update recruitment databases and support the HR team with daily talent acquisition activities.

This unpaid, two-month internship is designed for proactive, organized, and eager learners who want practical experience in recruitment, resume evaluation, candidate management, and professional collaboration with an HR team.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone and through digital channels.
• Good interpersonal, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar documentation tools.
• Willingness to learn recruitment workflows, sourcing methods, and interview coordination.
• Ability to work responsibly and independently in a remote environment.
