Artland Company is offering an in-person, part-time opportunity for an HR Intern at its head office in Mumbai. This internship is designed for candidates interested in practical exposure to human resources operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance administration, onboarding, and payroll support.

The work

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and compile HR-related data, records, and documentation.
• Post job openings, screen applications, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Assist with onboarding activities and coordinate introductions for new joiners.
• Prepare and maintain basic monthly attendance reports with accurate records.
• Support payroll processing and assist in generating salary slips.
• Coordinate routine HR activities during the fixed Monday-to-Saturday shift.

Requirements

Internship details: This is a paid, part-time internship for 6 months. The monthly stipend is ₹5,000–₹8,000. This opportunity is not work from home.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in human resources is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of payroll management and familiarity with payroll processes is expected.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsible handling of confidential information.
• Ability to work part-time from the Dadar head-office location in Mumbai on an in-person basis.
