This remote internship offers practical exposure to the complete talent acquisition lifecycle while working with recruitment professionals on live hiring requirements. Responsibilities • Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. • Review resumes and assess candidate suitability against role requirements. • Conduct initial telephonic conversations to evaluate communication, interest, and fit. • Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and communication with clients. • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status updates. • Support the HR team with daily hiring operations and recruitment coordination. • Learn and contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through closure. Requirements • Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude. • Basic understanding of recruitment; training will be provided. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and work independently in a remote setup. • Genuine interest in building a career in HR or talent acquisition. This is a three-month, Monday-to-Friday remote internship. The fixed monthly stipend is ₹2,000–₹5,000, with additional performance-based incentives for each successful closure. Interns will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, exposure to client hiring requirements and industry practices, and an internship certificate upon successful completion. High-performing interns may also be considered for a full-time opportunity.
