The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and actively engage college student communities through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Build and grow assigned student groups to 50–70+ members through college networks, classmates, friends, and relevant student communities.
• Share updates about internships, training programs, skill development initiatives, and job opportunities.
• Guide interested students through program details, eligibility requirements, and registration procedures.
• Conduct online outreach, follow-ups, and engagement activities to encourage student participation.
• Track group growth, outreach progress, and successful registrations.
• Coordinate with the internal team and submit regular progress reports.

• Open to college students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and freshers from any academic stream.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online communities.
• Willingness to connect with students and expand college networks.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely.

Work Expectations

Selected interns are expected to grow their assigned student groups to at least 50–70+ members, share accurate information, maintain active engagement, and encourage genuine participation in relevant programs. Interns must follow company guidelines, maintain proper registration records, and achieve assigned outreach targets.

Note: The stipend, incentives, and additional benefits are performance-based and subject to the company's applicable policies and eligibility criteria.

• Internship completion certificate upon fulfilling the required criteria.
• Letter of Recommendation (LOR), based on performance and eligibility.
