The work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing support, candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and status tracking.
• Manage offer documentation and coordinate pre-joining requirements with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment trackers, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate joining formalities and help deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and closure of open positions.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Mumbai, offering a monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000.

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, onboarding, or a related HR function.
• Strong communication, organisation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and genuine interest in creating positive experiences for candidates and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
