About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team, acquire new B2B customers, and drive revenue growth across the education, healthcare, and corporate sectors.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Drive field sales activities and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new institutional and corporate clients.
• Build relationships with schools, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve targets.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Monitor sales performance, lead pipelines, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and timely delivery.

Who they want

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
• Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Experience in uniforms, stationery, corporate gifting, school supplies, or medical supplies is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
