Wipro is hiring for the role of ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT - TECH & IMPL L1 Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Consulting Execution • An ambassador for the WIPRO tenets and values • Client focused and tenacious in approach to solving and achieving client objectives • Organizes work competently and ensures timeliness and quality deliverables • Develops understanding of best practice in given area and industry knowledge, and can apply this under supervision • Business development • Ensures high levels of individual utilization achievement in line with the levels expected as part of the goal setting process • Anchors market research activities in the chosen area of work • Support sales activities as required as directed by the practice sales teams • Makes effort to start to understand WIPRO’s core service and consulting offerings • Helps identify additional sales opportunities and works with assignments / practice leadership to pursue • Thought Leadership • Builds understanding and insight into chosen industry and technology trends • Contributes to team thought leadership • Ensures a track record is written up of own assignment and, where appropriate, ensures it is written up as a case study • Educate and build awareness in the team in Wipro guidelines on revenue recognition, pricing strategy, contract terms and MSA • Ensure that the Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team • Employee Satisfaction and Engagement • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team • 4. Contribution to Practice/Wipro • Continually delivers all Wipro admin in a timely manner (timesheets, appraisals, expenses, etc.) • Is visible and engaged within own practice, proactively participates and makes a demonstrable contribution to internal activities • Contributes to the IP and knowledge management of Wipro and GCG and ensures its availability on the central knowledge management repository or Wipro and GCG • Leverages tools, methods, assets, information sources, and IP available within the knowledge management platform • Engages with other Consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and growth • Makes use of common methods and tools which are proven to work
