You will work closely with our senior creative team to publish provided content, optimize posts across platforms, and maintain consistent output across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Publishing: Publish pre-designed graphics, videos, carousels, and announcements provided by senior team members across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Content Optimization: Tailor captions, tags, post formats, and descriptions to match platform best practices.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage content calendars and schedule regular posts using platforms like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools.
• Community Engagement: Monitor page activity, respond to comments and direct messages, and help keep profile engagement high.
• Profile Maintenance: Keep channel graphics, bios, links, and highlight reels accurate and updated according to current campaigns.
• Team Alignment: Work directly with senior creators and strategists to execute posting schedules on time.
