Community Growth Internship

We’re looking for Community Growth Fellows at BharatCode. We’re building BharatCode, an artificial intelligence platform, and looking for people who want to help us grow our community from the ground up. Backed by IIMA Ventures and recently signed a pilot with Ashoka University. If you spend time on Reddit, Discord, enjoy building online communities, know your way around LinkedIn, or simply want to learn how an early-stage startup grows, this could be a good opportunity for you. What will you do? • Help us build and grow our Discord community. • Engage with relevant communities on Reddit and introduce people to BharatCode where appropriate. • Create and publish LinkedIn posts to increase awareness of BharatCode. • Find creative ways to attract developers, students, and artificial intelligence enthusiasts to our platform. • Share ideas and feedback to help us improve our community and reach more users. Who should apply? We’re looking for people who take initiative, communicate well, and enjoy bringing people together. You could be a college student, an aspiring founder, a developer, or someone interested in community building and growth marketing. Previous experience is welcome, but it is not required. What matters most is your willingness to take ownership and get things done. What will you gain? • Hands-on experience growing the community of an early-stage artificial intelligence startup. • The opportunity to experiment with community building, content, and growth strategies. • A chance to work closely with the BharatCode founding team and contribute your own ideas. • The opportunity to take ownership of initiatives and see the impact of your work. A note on compensation BharatCode is currently bootstrapped, and we have not yet secured funding. This is an unpaid opportunity at present. We intend to introduce compensation once we receive sufficient funding, but future payment is not guaranteed and will depend on funding and a confirmed compensation arrangement.
