The work

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content ideas and publishing plans for social media pages.
• Create, coordinate, and optimize posts, captions, short-form content, and community-focused campaigns.
• Grow audience engagement through thoughtful community management, timely responses, and relevant conversations.
• Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across suitable platforms.
• Track campaign and page performance, interpret key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction.

• Good communication, organization, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• This is a six-month internship, with the first three months unpaid and a paid stipend of ₹10,000–₹50,000 per month thereafter. The role may provide an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.
