The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

•

Capture Voice of Customer and Voice of Business feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Handle inbound phone and chat interactions confidently and collaboratively.
  • Understand customer needs quickly, uncover sales opportunities, and guide customers through the next best action.
  • Close sales by explaining Microsoft hardware and software benefits, clarifying objections, and building trusted-advisor credibility.
  • Schedule follow-ups based on purchase intent and agree clear next steps with customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales orientation, ideally with at least two years of Pre-sales or Tele-sales experience.
  • Experience with consumer customers preferred, with 3C product experience an advantage.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in the supported language and strong market cultural awareness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including typing proficiency of approximately 55 WPM in English or equivalent local language.
  • Good understanding of applications, CRM/sales tools, Microsoft products, hardware solutions, and primary competitors.
