At Monkyvision Creative Solutions, we help brands with design, video, content, and digital marketing. We’re looking for someone who wants to get out there, meet people, pitch ideas, and learn how deals actually happen.

• Internship Duration: 6 month
• Shift Timings: Flexible/Rotational as per the work & requirement
• Stipend: ₹10,000/month + approved work-related travel expenses
• Requirement: Must have own vehicle and valid driving licence

The work

What You’ll Do

This is field sales and direct outreach

How the Schedule Works

This isn’t a fixed desk-based 9-to-5 role. Some days will be lighter; others will revolve around client meetings or events, including occasional evenings or weekends. We’ll coordinate schedules and priorities in advance. The focus is on agreed commitments and follow-through, not being available 24/7.

• Represent Monkyvision at events, exhibitions, networking meetups, and client meetings.
• Find potential clients through research, referrals, cold calls, and in-person conversations.
• Understand what prospects need, pitch our services, and prepare relevant presentations.
• Follow up, coordinate proposals, and help move opportunities all the way to closure.
• Keep lead data and CRM records updated with notes, status, and next steps.
• Track outreach, meetings, conversions, and event ROI so we know what’s working.
• Use AI tools for research, pitches, follow-ups, and reporting, while checking the output.
• Work directly with the founder, share progress, and flag blockers early.

What You’ll Gain

Direct founder mentorship, real client exposure, and hands-on learning across pitching, relationship building, CRM, and closing. We’ll agree on practical targets and review progress through qualified leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and accurate records, not just calls made or cards collected.

• Communicate clearly, listen well, and represent the company professionally.
• Stay organized and follow up without repeated reminders.
• Know the basics of spreadsheets and presentations; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Be comfortable using AI tools and learning new ways of working.
• Take ownership, welcome feedback, and adapt when startup priorities change.
• Commit to six months on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally using your own vehicle.
