The work

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers in the US market through online research, company databases, and outbound prospecting.
• Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and professional networking channels using clear, personalized messaging.
• Understand prospect needs, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and schedule productive meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to improve messaging, campaign performance, and lead conversion.
• Consistently track activity and performance against agreed outreach and qualified-meeting goals.
