The work

Responsibilities

• Handle client meetings, enquiries, follow-ups, and professional communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to keep customer requirements and sales activities on schedule.
• Maintain strong client relationships and accurate CRM records.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, correspondence, and related documentation.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline routine work.
• Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate effective resolutions.

• The position is based at E-51, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-110028, with a monthly salary of ₹50,000–₹70,000 depending on experience and suitability.
