About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Career Counselors cum Administrators to guide and mentor trainees while managing essential administrative tasks.

The work

Responsibilities

  • Counsel, mentor, and support students in academics and personal growth
  • Conduct sessions on soft skills, interview techniques, and exam preparation
  • Manage trainee schedules, reporting, and records
  • Coordinate with placement teams to ensure smooth training operations
  • Ensure compliance with NAVIS standards and achieve Zero Dropout in batches
  • Be available for extended hours or travel when necessary

Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Experience in sales, education, counseling, or related fields
  • Strong communication, counseling, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu (knowledge of North-East languages is an advantage)
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel when required
  • Good system knowledge (Intermediate/Advanced level)
  • Japanese language skills will be an added advantage
