The work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring activities remain aligned with agreed requirements and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to keep information flowing and actions clearly assigned.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and overall project progress using appropriate tracking tools.
• Follow up with team members and vendors, identify potential delays early, and support practical resolution of coordination challenges.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, meeting notes, and other documentation for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships while helping ensure projects meet quality expectations and agreed delivery commitments.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and task-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving work environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Knowledge of additional Indian or foreign languages is an advantage.
• MBA candidates are mandatory
