The work
•
Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks efficiently across multiple computer systems and software tools.
•
Handle customer engagement workflows with professional service standards.
•
Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate unresolved issues promptly while keeping supervisors informed.
•
Undergo specialized training in the insurance domain to deliver process accuracy and compliance.
•
Organize and maintain operational documentation and daily service records.
