The work

Responsibilities

• Reach out to students through WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Explain program details and share registration links with interested students.
• Contact interested students and provide regular follow-ups.
• Record student details, interactions, and registration updates in the CRM.
• Track daily outreach activities and maintain accurate lead records.
• Work with the team to improve student engagement and achieve marketing goals.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in marketing, business operations, and student engagement.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and basic CRM tools.
• Basic computer and data-handling skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting assigned targets.
• Previous experience in marketing or lead management is an added advantage, not compulsory.
