The work

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice interactions with customers in the Australian energy market.
  • Understand customer requirements, explain relevant products or services, and convert qualified opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience and communication.
  • Maintain accurate interaction records and follow established process, compliance, and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve conversion performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Willingness to work from the office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, in a 9-hour shift is required.
  • The position follows a Sunday fixed-off schedule.
