icanan technology is hiring Customer Sales Executives for its US voice process supporting AT&T Wireless and Fiber offerings. This is an opportunity to build a career in customer sales, telecommunications, and business process operations while working with a supportive and performance-focused team.

The work

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers in the United States and introduce relevant wireless and fiber services.
  • Explain AT&T Wireless plans, mobile offers, and AT&T Fiber high-speed internet services clearly and accurately.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable plans, and respond confidently to questions or objections.
  • Maintain professional conversations, update customer information accurately, and follow process and quality standards.
  • Work toward daily and monthly sales targets while contributing to team performance.

Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹70,000 per month, plus performance incentives. Paid training, career growth opportunities, and a friendly work environment are provided.

  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Applicants should have completed 12th grade or hold any graduate qualification.
  • Excellent spoken English, convincing ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using customer and sales systems.
  • Willingness to work the US night shift from the Bangalore office.
