About the role

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our clinical research and life sciences training programs, and convert leads into admissions.

The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain lead details and update the CRM or sales tracker.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and student support teams.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up with leads.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Kannada and English communication skills are preferred.
