Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Assist with orders, delivery updates, and menu information.
• Contact existing customers to increase sales and generate new leads.
• Promote upselling, cross-selling, and bulk orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen, delivery, sales, and accounts teams.
• Maintain customer records, ERP data, refunds, and daily MIS reports.
• Support customer retention and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• PUC or equivalent qualification.
• Food delivery or hospitality experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic MS Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends.
